Permanently delete your MMVault account
You can delete your MMVault account and every file, transcript, clip and search history at any time. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
- Sign in to MMVault.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email from the address on your account. Include the subject line “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.

- Your account and authentication credentials.
- All uploaded media (videos, screenshots, photos, voice notes, originals and processed copies).
- All AI-generated transcripts, summaries, frames, clips, facts and embeddings.
- All search history, conversations and inbox notifications.
- All workspaces you own and their settings.
What we may keep
Strictly limited records required by law (e.g. tax/VAT invoices for paid purchases) and security logs needed to investigate abuse. These are kept only as long as required and are never used for analytics, training or marketing.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days, usually much sooner. Backups containing residual encrypted data are rotated out within 35 days.
Children
MMVault is intended for users 13+ (or the minimum age in your country). If a child has created an account, a parent or guardian can email contact@mmvault.ai and we'll delete it on receipt.
